This one is contoured rather than flat, and the two long edges are different heights. Sleep on your back and you use the lower side; roll onto your side and you turn it round for the higher one, which fills the wider gap between your shoulder and your ear. The foam is high-density, so it holds that shape all night instead of flattening out by 3am.
