30-day returns

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered.

Items that cannot be returned once opened

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened: nasal strips and steam eye masks. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo through our Contact page. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, and you do not need to return the original.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
