Where we ship

Quiet Hours currently ships to addresses within the United States. We are working on more destinations.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Every item we sell ships from a fulfillment center inside the United States and normally arrives 3-8 business days after dispatch. Your whole order travels together in one parcel.

Import duties and customs

Because your order ships from inside the United States, there are no import duties, taxes or customs fees for you to pay on delivery.

If your order does not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us through our Contact page and we will resend it at no cost to you. You do not need to return anything for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a resend; we may ask you to cover the reshipping cost in that case.
